About warranty
In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your air conditioner after cleaning.
We will compensate you in full for repairs or replacement of the A/C unit if the cause is determined to be due to cleaning.
However, air conditioners that are more than 9 years old are not covered under our service warranty. We can accept requests for cleaning, but if a problem occurs, we will not be able to compensate you for any unforseen damages. Many manufacturers set the standard usage period for air conditioners to be at least 10 years from the date of manufacture, and do not store parts for air conditioners that are more than 10 years old.
